Thank You!

Volunteer Standing in Store with Clipboard

We depend on volunteers like you to help make the organization and the community stronger.  The PFC is incredibly grateful to all of you who lend a hand with this work!

As a community-owned grocery store, we have made a conscious choice to involve our community in a great many ways, including volunteerism. With your help, we can do more to make our community a better place.

PFC Natural Grocery & Deli exists to create access for all to food that is healthy for people, land and the economy. We see food as a way that people come together, a way that we share ourselves, our hopes, our dreams. Food is common ground.

We are not just a grocery store. We are a business that is owned by the community for the benefit of the community. It is our goal that every person who walks in the door will leave feeling better than when they arrived. The same goal holds true for our staff.

We value communication that is direct, consistent, and kind.

We are committed to being the best natural foods store in southwest Michigan by creating a common inclusive vision, working hard, and striving for excellence.

It takes a team of smiley, committed, talented, and enthusiastic people to make that happen. We expect a lot from each other, and know that this job is not for everyone. If this is not what you want to sign up for, we completely understand.  If, however, you are a person who is excited to commit themselves to good food, great communication, and the pursuit of excellence, both personal and professional, please fill out this application.

We at PFC Natural Grocery & Deli actively work to create a non-discriminatory environment for everyone, which includes but not is limited to race, color, religion, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, height, weight, marital or veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other status.
