Your Co-op Wants to Hear What You Think

Hello!

Guess what time it is!? You've got it, PFC Owner & Shopper Survey time!

As Kalamazoo's ONLY community-owned grocery store, input from you, our owners and community members is paramount to getting better at what we do.

You know PFC sells locally and sustainably sourced meat right? Yep. Know why? Because in a past owner/shopper survey, you asked for your co-op to be a source for better meat in Kalamazoo. PFC's Co+op Basics program is an incredible mix of high-quality products at really good prices. Know why we launched that? Because you asked us to be better on price. In 2013, PFC took on the management of Kalamazoo Farmers Market. Know why? Okay, okay, you see the pattern here.

My point here is that we're in business to create access for all to good food, and no one knows what that means better than you, our owners and shoppers. And to do that, we need to be the Best. Darned. Grocery. Store. we can be. As our owner and shopper base, your happiness with our store experience means you shop more, which means PFC can do more. So, please give us your feedback. Be part of the process that keeps moving our amazing little grocery store packing a big impact punch.

Here's the plan: We want 400 unique owner responses to the survey by February 15. And to sweeten the pot, we're offering this: Take the survey, and get entered into a drawing for one of three $50 PFC gift cards. So, let's do this. Let's make PFC even better. Together.

Thank you!
Chris
