Hello PFC Eaters!

This week's PFC Dinner Deal is our Curried Meat and Veggie Pies. These handmade pies feature Isaac's amazingly flaky pie crust filled with a mixture of curried beef and onions, or curried veggies and rice. They come with a side of curry gravy. They are such a treat! Consider grabbing a few extra for lunches through the week.

Natasha has transformed PFC into a destination for decadent vegan baked goods from PB Dream Bars to Hummingbird Cake, and Blueberry Pie slices to fresh made scones.
Isaac crushes all things entrees and soups. His passion for food comes through in every bite of soup and hot entrees.
Andrew's support of the team is second to none, and his sides and roasted veg are featured on the hot bar almost every day.
We recently welcomed Niecy and Thomas to the team, they have hit the ground running by ensuring the salad bar is full and fresh, and dips, salads and sandwiches fill the case.

JaRay has been the warm, welcoming smile keeping the team going with his love of good food and community. JaRay is transitioning out to another position elsewhere over the next weeks. He'll be missed!

Finally, please consider a visit to this week's Local Global Market, a partnership with WMU, that takes place in front of Sangren Hall tomorrow, Wednesday, September 11, 10am-2pm, and features vendors you've come to know and love from Kalamazoo Farmers Market.
