Message from PFC GM Chris Dilley 2/21


Hello PFC Peeps!
We hope you're staying dry during this rainy warm spell.
Inside at PFC, it's dry, and we're continuing to move things around in the store. This week with the cheese case full, we'll be working on expanding the meat selection to include more ready to cook options. We're aware that moving things around has led to more out of stocks than usual. We're sorry about that! And we're going to keep working on dialing that in. 

If you love our vegan cooking classes, then here is some exciting news: We're working with Chef Paul Vugtveen to host monthly vegan classes as well as our other monthly classes. You'll find all currently scheduled cooking classes on our Facebook page. Exploring veganism can be a great way to support your body and the planet.
We've been getting some interest in Board Candidacy. Thank you! If you're interested, please download a PFC Board Candidacy Applicationfill it out and return it and a statement to PFC, attn. Chris Dilley, by March 15.
Finally, to give ourselves more time to get the word out, we've moved our Community Visioning Session back to Monday, April 2, 7:30pm-9pm in the new dining space at PFC. Come be part of a conversation about what's next for YOUR co-op!
